Project Manager (Clinical Trials)

Location: Remote in Costa Rica

What you will do

• Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of clinical studies.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable plans and maintain study documentation, reports, and data archiving processes.
• Monitor timelines and manage budgets, revenue forecasting, scope changes, and invoice reconciliation.
• Coordinate equipment distribution, resources, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, escalate issues, and maintain issue tracking through resolution.
• Represent study services in client, investigator, and site initiation meetings and support onboarding of new project management team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in project management or a related field.
• 1–4 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical, clinical, or related industry.
• Knowledge of the drug development lifecycle and clinical trial processes.
• English communication skills are required.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, responsiveness, and accountability skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel up to approximately 20%; a valid passport is required.
