Senior Safety Project Lead (Lifecycle Safety)

Location: Remote, Canada; candidates must reside in Canada or the same sales region where the job is located.

Salary: $80,000–$106,600 annual base pay.

What you will do

• Lead customer communication and serve as the primary Lifecycle Safety contact for assigned projects.
• Manage project planning, timelines, deliverables, scope, quality, and day-to-day customer-facing delivery.
• Oversee project finances, including budgets, revenue recognition, invoicing, financial analysis, and change orders.
• Support project start-up, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings, status updates, project processes, and delivery strategies.
• Contribute to audits, inspections, corrective action plans, and resolution of customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health science or a directly related field.
• 2–3 years of Lifecycle Safety experience, including pharmacovigilance, CEVA, medical information, safety publishing, or risk management, combined with project management experience.
• Knowledge of global, regional, and local clinical research regulations, including GCP, ICH guidelines, and hirify.global standard operating procedures.
• Strong prioritization, planning, organizational, communication, and teleconference leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and handle competing priorities.
• Knowledge of business principles, financial analysis, tactical planning, and budgeting.
