Staff Solutions Architect, Majors - East (Temporal)

Location: Remote within the United States, with residence in the Eastern time zone required; 25–50% travel expected.

What you will do

• Assess prospect and customer applications for suitability with hirify.global’s platform and cloud service.
• Explain hirify.global’s technical benefits, limitations, and advantages over competing technologies and architectural patterns.
• Drive adoption and expansion of hirify.global in customer production environments.
• Partner with Account Executives on account plans covering new opportunities, expansion, and long-term customer outcomes.
• Build relationships with technical decision-makers and advise them on maximizing hirify.global’s capabilities.
• Create reusable reference architectures, playbooks, demos, and other technical assets for Solutions Architects.

Requirements

• Residence in the Eastern time zone of the United States.
• Strong technical communication skills across engineering, platform, and executive audiences.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, design principles, and best practices.
• Ability to build prototypes and provide design, development, build, and deployment guidance using Java, Golang, Python, C#, TypeScript, Ruby, or Rust.
• Understanding of security, reliability, performance, cost management, and operations in production environments.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider and the ability to advise on application and platform architecture.
