Salary: $64,300–$85,700 annually

What you will do

  • Lead daily operations of the Single Point of Contact team within Loss Mitigation.
  • Oversee borrower engagement, delinquency resolution, and retention or liquidation solutions.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to improve borrower outcomes, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Train, coach, mentor, and support Sr. Collections Specialists, including through side-by-side assistance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and create development plans.
  • Support hiring and onboarding, process improvement initiatives, quality reviews, and special projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in collections, loss mitigation, or mortgage servicing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of loss mitigation processes, collections strategies, and borrower assistance programs.
  • Advanced understanding of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC investor guidelines.
  • Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection laws, the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, and related regulations; successful background and credit checks are required where permitted by law.
