What you will do

• Lead the full store team and deliver a strong omni-channel customer experience.
• Analyze sales, budgets, and store performance, creating plans to optimize results and profitability.
• Maintain visual merchandising, fashion presentation, garment care, stock levels, pricing, and store standards.
• Oversee customer service routines, fitting rooms, checkout, returns, exchanges, loyalty-app promotion, and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Manage recruiting, onboarding, coaching, performance evaluations, succession planning, scheduling, and team communication.
• Ensure opening and closing routines, maintenance, administration, security, health and safety, legal compliance, and omni-service processes are completed correctly.

Requirements

• Relevant leadership experience with responsibility for others.
• Retail management and retail operations experience.
• Experience collaborating closely with a team.
• Strong team coaching, communication, analytical, problem-solving, numerical, and statistics-management skills.
• Ability to understand local customers, competition, fashion trends, and commercial opportunities.
