What you will do

• Lead the department and support an inclusive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial store culture.
• Manage the omni-channel customer experience, customer service, visual presentation, product knowledge, and in-store commercial execution.
• Analyze sales, budgets, performance, and commercial opportunities to create plans that improve results and profitability.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, evaluate, and develop colleagues, including scheduling, succession planning, and regular team communication.
• Maintain stock levels, garment flow, fitting-room and checkout routines, stockroom standards, price presentation, and store opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, legal requirements, health and safety standards, and available in-store technology and omni-channel services.
