What you will do

• Coordinate the successful launch of new product introductions within Operations for data center backup energy products.
• Support facility transformation, technology transfer, and maintenance of mixed-model production lines and value streams.
• Develop and maintain process policies, procedures, documentation, and demand-driven operational strategies.
• Optimize product, material, and information flow to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Partner with shop-floor personnel and cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define area layouts and manufacturing processes, and select, justify, and implement equipment, tooling, controls, and PLC programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology.
• 3–5 years of related engineering experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Manufacturing engineering experience and knowledge of lean principles and process improvement.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and/or Pro/ENGINEER.
• Experience working in high-mix, low-volume and high-volume, low-mix production environments.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and cross-functional project leadership skills.
