Stafford/Stafford Springs Engineering Internship Summer 2027

Location: Stafford Springs, Connecticut, United States; selected candidates work onsite at the Stafford or Stafford Springs locations.

What you will do

• Contribute to at least one major engineering development or production program.
• Apply knowledge of analog and digital electronics and/or microwave theory to practical engineering work.
• Support testing, process automation, and software-related engineering activities.
• Perform hands-on trial testing, soldering, and fixture assembly.
• Work with an assigned manager and mentor as part of an engineering team.
• Present final project results to the site leadership team.

Requirements

• Enrollment in an accredited college or university technical undergraduate program.
• Junior standing and progression into the senior year, with graduation scheduled by December 2028 at the latest.
• Good academic standing and demonstrated technical aptitude for engineering projects.
• Strong interest in electronics, microwave theory, software development, and test or process automation.
• Comfort with hands-on work, including manual testing, soldering, and fixture assembly.
• Compliance with TTM export control policies and applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC requirements; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US Citizens and US Permanent Residents.
