Electrical Engineer Intern (Dynapower) - Summer 2027 (Electrical Engineering)

Location: Dynapower, South Burlington, Vermont, United States

Hourly rates: $25.00 for sophomores graduating in 2029, $27.00 for juniors graduating in 2028, $29.00 for seniors graduating in 2027, and $32.00 for graduate students.

What you will do

• Support new applications and define the use of existing ASICs and requirements for new ASICs.
• Design, develop, modify, and evaluate electronic components, integrated circuitry, and hardware systems.
• Build and test prototype samples and conduct experimental evaluations.
• Create engineering prints and specifications and determine design approaches and parameters.
• Model device performance, visualize complex designs, and apply statistical methods to analyze data.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and customers to solve technical problems and support high-volume production lines.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a B.S., M.Eng., or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a similar field at an accredited program.
• U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent resident status is required.
• Must be eligible to obtain authorization under ITAR and/or EAR; non-U.S. persons may not be eligible.
• Ability to apply engineering concepts to complex and unfamiliar problems.
• Clear communication with peers, managers, and customers, plus initiative and effective teamwork.
