Treasury Specialist (Finance)

Location: Milwaukee, WI Corporate; hybrid and onsite work

Salary: $52,720–$79,080 annually. Geographic-specific pay structures may apply, including $58,000–$87,000 and $60,640–$90,960.

What you will do

• Execute wire transfer and ACH transactions accurately and on time, resolving payment inquiries and general system issues.
• Investigate bank reconciliation open items and maintain knowledge of related accounting, cash disbursement, and financial reconciliation systems.
• Investigate and resolve complex client payment issues.
• Identify and implement enhancements that improve treasury accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Analyze bank fees, support bank balance management, and provide data for treasury expense oversight.
• Document data flows, clean and analyze financial data, and assist with treasury dashboards and liquidity reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
• 1–2 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or investment operations.
• Knowledge of banking, cash management principles, payment channels, treasury tools, and banking regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage concurrent assignments, resolve time-sensitive issues, and create clear, well-organized documentation.
• Customer service mindset and ability to collaborate with internal and external customers.
