Treasury Specialist (Finance)

What you will do

• Initiate ACH and wire payments across multiple banking platforms in line with firm policies, approval workflows, and internal controls.
• Monitor daily bank balances, recommend fund transfers, and set up approved transfers in banking software.
• Review account activity for unusual, erroneous, or potentially fraudulent transactions, escalating issues and coordinating resolutions.
• Maintain supporting documentation for payments, banking changes, fraud resolution, and treasury transactions.
• Assist with bank account administration, authorized signatories, escrow transactions, audits, and bank confirmations.
• Provide backup support for daily cash operations in collaboration with the Treasury Analyst, Treasury Manager, and Finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant treasury, banking, accounting, or finance operations experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of treasury, banking, accounting processes, and financial transaction reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, organization, communication, and ability to manage time-sensitive requests.
• Ability to identify unusual activity, research variances, escalate issues, and translate general direction into actionable tasks.

• Experience with online banking platforms.
• Experience with Aderant and Chrome River.
• Microsoft Excel macro experience.
