Treasury Analyst 2

Location: Onsite in the Schaumburg, Illinois office; applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.

Salary: USD 52,000–101,000 annual base compensation, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Run SAP Business Objects reports to determine cash flow funding requirements and prepare daily cash forecasts.
• Perform daily cash reconciliations, analyze ACH activity across treasury banking platforms and the HDF Operating System, and resolve discrepancies.
• Process ETOP withdrawals, payments, and intercompany BOL Book Transfers to fund business units.
• Execute approved Wire, ACH, and FX transactions through Huntington BOL and JPMorgan Chase Access.
• Maintain customer banking instructions, banking details, and Wire, ACH, and FX templates.
• Manage ACH rejects and U.S. returned checks, prepare market index and foreign exchange rate reporting, and support treasury projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or finance/banking experience.
• 5+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, or a related financial area.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with treasury and banking platforms including BOL, ETOP, and JPMorgan Chase Access.
