Treasury Analyst 2 (Finance)

Location: Onsite in the Schaumburg, Illinois office; applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Salary: USD 52,000–101,000 annually, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Use SAP Business Objects reports to determine cash flow funding requirements.
• Perform daily cash reconciliations, analyze ACH activity, and investigate discrepancies across treasury banking platforms and operating systems.
• Prepare daily cash forecasts and determine required funding levels.
• Process ETOP withdrawals, payments, and intercompany book transfers to support business unit funding needs.
• Execute approved wire, ACH, and FX transactions using Huntington BOL and JPMorgan Chase Access.
• Maintain banking instructions, payment templates, returned checks, ACH rejects, market index reports, and foreign exchange rate reporting for the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or finance/banking experience.
• 5+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, or a related financial field.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with treasury and banking platforms such as BOL, ETOP, and JPMorgan Chase Access is preferred.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required.
