Salary: $46,900–$67,400 per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

  • Reconcile cleared checks in the Ready system.
  • Review and decide on Positive Pay items in bank portals.
  • Manage rejected payroll ACH transactions to support successful client-fund collection.
  • Handle Treasury Salesforce requests, including stop payments, trace numbers, fraud cases, and general treasury questions.
  • Process stale-dated checks, manual ACH and wire transactions, and Funding Teams ACH file authentication and release.
  • Administer bank portals, perform quarterly audits, and participate in treasury-services and hirify.global Payroll Services initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in treasury, banking, reconciliation, or a similar field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct complex research and analysis.
  • Intermediate proficiency with spreadsheet, database, and graphics applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in payroll, benefits processing, or payments services involving client funds is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
