Sr. Manager, Finance Master Operations (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Raynham, Massachusetts, or Jacksonville, Florida, United States; equivalent postings are available in Leeds, United Kingdom, and Zuchwil, Switzerland. Up to approximately 15% domestic and international travel.

Salary: $122,000–$245,000 USD annual base pay.

What you will do

• Lead global finance master operations for supply chain systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, governance, and performance.
• Own and improve end-to-end processes for cost elements, valuation, profit centers, internal orders, and related finance master data.
• Partner with Global Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Shared Services to align data design with operational and business requirements.
• Provide finance systems leadership for ERP and adjacent platforms, including enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Establish governance, controls, compliance standards, and audit readiness while resolving complex master data and systems issues.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a global team or matrixed resources and provide subject-matter expertise for supply chain finance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, supply chain finance, or finance systems within a global organization.
• Experience leading or governing finance master data and related processes in enterprise systems such as ERP.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, logistics, inventory, costing, and their financial impacts.
• Experience leading cross-functional global stakeholders, influencing without direct authority, and driving standardization and continuous improvement in a regulated environment.
• English is required; additional languages are preferred.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience with large-scale system transformations or ERP implementations.
• People management or matrix leadership experience in a global setting.
• Experience in medical devices, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification.
