Senior Finance Manager, Global FP&A - Johnson & Johnson Vision (MedTech)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States of America; up to 10% travel may be required.

What you will do

• Lead global FP&A planning, target setting, reporting, forecasting, and performance management for the Vision business.
• Analyze sales drivers, cash flow, working capital, headcount, and resource allocation to support business decisions.
• Prepare executive analyses, presentations, communications, and quarterly Investor Relations reporting packages.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and analytics tools using platforms such as SCA and Tableau.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Investor Relations, Commercial Excellence, and senior leadership.
• Lead a finance team and drive automation, AI-enabled solutions, change management, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A, business partnering, forecasting, and performance management.
• Prior people leadership experience and the ability to lead through organizational change.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with CFIN, AFO, Anaplan, SCA, Tableau, and related financial reporting systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Copilot.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CMA, CGMA, or another relevant professional certification.
• Experience in MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience using automation, AI, and digital capabilities to improve finance operations and decision-making.
