Licensed Nursing Assistant II- Fuller- 32hr Evenings

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire, United States; onsite, 3–11:30 evening shift

hirify.global provides hospital-based care through the Elliot Health System, including the 55–60 bed Fuller post-surgical and trauma unit.

What you will do

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, personal care, emotional support, and age-specific needs.
• Perform LNA clinical tasks, routine and emergency phlebotomy, infection prevention, and safety procedures.
• Complete rhythm analysis, interpret telemetry changes, maintain alarm logs, and communicate abnormalities to nursing staff.
• Support unit secretary activities, including patient assignments, order and data entry, chart preparation, communications, and coordination.
• Assist with telesitter monitoring and radiation therapy administrative and clinical coordination duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current Nursing Assistant license in the State of New Hampshire required.
• At least 6 months of experience as a Licensed Nursing Assistant.
• BLS authorization preferred or obtainable within 90 days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Microsoft Office skills.
