Renewal Marketing Specialist (Property & Casualty Insurance)

Location: Remote within the United States, aligned with the Central or Eastern Time Zone

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually plus a 5% bonus

What you will do

• Support the end-to-end renewal process, including submission preparation, carrier engagement, and placement activities.
• Evaluate risk, coverage structures, and market options under the direction of senior team members.
• Prepare submission packages, exposure summaries, and supporting renewal documentation.
• Track renewal activity, submissions, and workflows in Gaya and agency systems.
• Partner with Operations Leaders, Client Advisors, underwriters, and carrier partners to manage timelines and client needs.
• Monitor renewal progress, escalate issues, maintain accurate records, and apply market and carrier appetite insights to renewal strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of insurance experience in marketing or placement.
• Working knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance, underwriting, and rating.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Experience with agency systems and workflows; proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology platforms.
• Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with supervision.
