Business Systems Analyst - Support Services

Location: Hybrid, three days per week in the office at offices in Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, Portland, Vancouver, Renton, Medford, Burlington, or Lewiston. Preference is given to candidates within commuting distance of Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, or Lewiston, or willing to relocate.

Salary: $31.60–$40.40 per hour in Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho; $27.50–$34.67 per hour in North Dakota. Bonus target: 10%.

What you will do

• Maintain, enhance, configure, and deliver existing and new business systems.
• Own functional system design and review specifications, data flows, design alternatives, and change control.
• Write and execute ad-hoc reports, queries, and data scripts that replicate online functionality.
• Conduct unit, user acceptance, end-to-end, regression, and post-implementation testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and process sustainment issues.
• Facilitate communication between business areas and technical counterparts, and support training on system changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a business area supported by the position is required.
• Experience defining and analyzing business requirements, process modeling, functional systems design, configuration, or acceptance testing is desired.
• Ability to develop functional requirements, make configuration decisions, perform system testing, and report results.
• Analytical, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and ambiguity-management skills.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies for productivity and decision-making in professional settings.
