Implementation Analyst

Location: Remote within the United States; standard working hours are 8am–5pm Central Time.

Salary: $22–$29 per hour, excluding potential bonuses and fringe benefits.

What you will do

• Build and audit client sites, including benefit plan rules, plan details, rates, and enrollment rules.
• Test client sites and import client data while maintaining accuracy throughout implementation.
• Prepare employee and employer communication documents and respond to client tickets and questions.
• Resolve data discrepancies with external vendors and ensure accurate information exchange.
• Audit data from multiple sources, produce reports, prioritize tasks, and communicate escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of client-facing experience in analysis and data management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and data summaries, plus working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Extensive experience with databases, data interpretation, and data manipulation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, organization, accuracy, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States during standard Central Time working hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR, benefits administration, or HRIS systems.
• Experience with system integrations or large data imports.
• SQL or advanced data analysis skills.
