What you will do
- Lead the Post-Acute Solution Consulting team through coaching, feedback, development, and strategic direction.
- Coordinate solution consulting resources to support sales priorities, client engagements, and high-value presentations.
- Manage and enhance the master demo database and CareRecord demo environments.
- Deliver scripted and unscripted product demonstrations and provide technical and product support to sales teams.
- Lead special projects including marketing research, whitepaper development, training, and seminars.
- Contribute clinical and local workflow expertise to bids and RFP responses and communicate feedback to solution presenters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Post-acute healthcare experience is required.
- At least 5 years of software pre-sales experience demonstrating solution features and functionality, or qualifying experience in human services, post-acute care, or healthcare information systems.
- Knowledge of clinical and revenue cycle workflows in a Human Services or post-acute setting.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
