Solution Consultant (Pre-sales)

Location: Munich, Germany; 100% remote work with occasional travel to colleagues and customers, including up to 50% travel within the region.

What you will do

• Support sales teams in qualifying leads and connecting product capabilities to customer business issues and outcomes.
• Demonstrate hirify.global solutions to executive and technical audiences across End User Computing, Workplace Management, IT Operations, and IT Leadership.
• Conduct Proofs of Value and facilitate value-based workshops for prospects.
• Support and lead large-scale enterprise transactions in the local territory.
• Deliver partner training workshops and participate in company events and marketing activities.
• Build internal and external thought leadership around digital employee experience and business value.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with a sales organization and meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• Experience introducing new technology into a new market as a key technical resource.
• Background in digital experience management, workplace or desktop services, virtualization, cloud, Win10, O365, migration, release, change, or ITIL-related disciplines.
• Strong business acumen, communication, interpersonal, account management, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently, learn products and technologies quickly, and collaborate in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent German and English required; Swiss German is a plus.
