Financial Services Representative (Banking)

Location: Brampton, Ontario, Canada; on-site full-time at the Bramalea & Mayfield Banking Centre, with flexibility to work at multiple nearby banking centres.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, goals, and financial needs.
• Recommend tailored solutions involving cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing, networking, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with relevant internal experts and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs.
• Work banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends, and travel a reasonable distance between banking centres.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least 1 year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-focused communication, relationship-building, critical thinking, attention to detail, and goal orientation.
• Commitment to trust, teamwork, accountability, learning, and inclusive collaboration.
• Legal eligibility to work in the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
