Location: On-site full-time in Halifax, NS, with flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do
- Meet with personal and business clients to understand their priorities, goals, and financial needs.
- Recommend tailored solutions across cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
- Develop and maintain trusted client relationships through outreach, marketing, and networking.
- Connect clients with relevant internal specialists and opportunities.
- Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.
- Work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
Requirements
- Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
- At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
- Client-first approach, goal orientation, critical thinking, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate trust, teamwork, and accountability.
- Legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required.

- Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
