Financial Service Representative II (Banking and Financial Services): Building trusted relationships with personal and business banking clients by understanding their goals, recommending financial products, and supporting their use of digital banking tools with an accent on tailored advice, investment planning, lending, and client engagement. Focus on developing client networks, connecting clients with relevant banking solutions, and delivering service across multiple on-site banking centres.
Location: On-site full-time in Calgary, AB, at 3619 17th Ave SE (Forest Lawn); flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do
- Meet with personal and business banking clients to understand their priorities, goals, and financial needs.
- Recommend tailored solutions across cash management, credit, investments, wealth protection, lending, and mortgages.
- Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, and community engagement.
- Connect clients with the appropriate internal specialists and opportunities.
- Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
- Work banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
- At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
- Client service, communication, relationship-building, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
- Legal eligibility to work at the specified Canadian location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.
- Ability to work full-time on-site and travel between nearby banking centres when needed.
