Financial Services Representative - Saint-Lambert

Location: On-site full-time in Saint-Lambert, QC, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple nearby banking centres, including evenings and weekends

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, goals, and financial needs.
• Recommend tailored solutions across cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through networking, marketing, and community outreach.
• Connect clients with relevant banking specialists, products, and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.

Requirements

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-first approach, goal orientation, critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong relationship-building skills.
• Legally eligible to work in the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel to nearby banking centres.

• Prior banking experience in a similar role.
