Store Manager (Retail)

Location: Thornton, Colorado, United States of America

Salary: $77,020–$128,870 annually. Expected pay range for hire: $77,020–$103,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop store associates and keyholders to maintain high service and customer experience standards.
• Plan and direct daily store operations, including front- and back-house activities.
• Develop strategies to increase sales, profitability, customer service, and customer-base growth.
• Manage operating budgets and control expenses within division guidelines.
• Maintain inventory through replenishment, organization, shrink control, and communication.
• Forecast staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and communicate market and employee updates to the Area or District Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of functional experience.
• Experience managing individual contributors and a department, or previous lead experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills across technical, operational, and organizational issues.
• Ability to make decisions affecting store finances, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Experience operating a point-of-sale system and various software packages.
