Supply Chain Indirect Procurement Co-op/Hybrid Co-op (Manufacturing)

Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin; onsite. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Relocation is available, but visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Salary: $18.00–$27.00 per hour.

hirify.global is a global marine company, and Mercury Marine manufactures recreational marine propulsion engines, boats, services, and parts.

What you will do

• Build relationships with internal customers, supply chain partners, and external suppliers.
• Analyze bids, quotes, and proposals to improve processes, eliminate waste, and streamline operations.
• Process weekly purchase orders and initiate corrective actions to support accurate ordering and inventory control.
• Develop cost-effective inventory management practices, including pull, vendor-managed inventory, and consignment programs.
• Monitor supplier delivery data, performance, parts deployment, inventory policies, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Resolve invoicing issues, support commodity meetings and Lean Six Sigma projects, and drive execution across the supply base.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program related to supply chain operations, management, procurement, or supply chain.
• At least second-semester sophomore status with 48 completed credits.
• Ability to enroll in a formal co-op program through a university.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and engaged approach to learning.
• Ability to work a full 40-hour week during the co-op assignment.
