Senior Product Manager - Store Selling Insights (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, Washington; minimum four days per week in the hirify.global corporate headquarters.

Salary: $142,000–$220,500 annual, with possible performance-based incentives or bonuses.

What you will do

• Own the multi-year vision and roadmap for the Store Selling Insights reporting and intelligence layer.
• Evolve fragmented, desktop-based reporting into intelligent, mobile-first, role-based insights and proactive next-best-action capabilities.
• Drive delivery, backlog sequencing, user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics, telemetry analysis, and roadmap adjustments.
• Lead data governance, metric definition and certification, platform migration, and legacy deprecation initiatives.
• Conduct discovery with executive leaders, store leaders, and department managers to identify unmet needs and prioritization signals.
• Align Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders while managing risks, dependencies, and delivery tradeoffs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of a product domain at the Senior Product Manager level.
• Experience with enterprise BI and reporting platforms, particularly Looker, and modern cloud data ecosystems; GCP and BigQuery experience is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with platform migration or consolidation, legacy deprecation, user change management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Knowledge of data governance, metric certification, semantic layers, data ownership models, data engineering, analytics, SQL, data warehousing, and pipeline concepts.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous, matrixed environments and communicate clearly with leadership and engineering audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with conversational analytics, agentic AI, or LLM-powered product development.
• Familiarity with hirify.global store operations, store leader personas, or retail workforce management.
