Associate Director, Product Strategy (US)

What you will do

• Own discovery workstreams including competitive research, stakeholder interviews, and synthesis of user needs.
• Develop product frameworks, vision documents, roadmap inputs, and sequenced delivery direction.
• Build prioritization models and facilitate alignment sessions with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Shape and review user stories and product requirements so delivery teams can act on strategic intent.
• Define success metrics, use research and data to validate recommendations, and identify when strategy needs revision.
• Apply AI tools across research, synthesis, prototyping, and deliverable creation, while advising clients on AI-enabled capabilities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product strategy, digital strategy, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of discovery, product vision, prioritization, analysis, and delivery strategy.
• Ability to translate strategic thinking into concrete product requirements and user stories.
• Experience facilitating workshops, presenting to senior stakeholders, and making trade-off decisions.
• Independent fluency with AI tools and sound judgment about their appropriate use.
• Experience developing junior practitioners and managing defined workstreams independently.

Nice to have

• Experience carrying strategy through to delivery decisions or measurable outcomes.
• Emerging understanding of AI as an organizational capability.
