Digital Products Senior Lead (AI)

Location: New York, New York, United States; hybrid working model with work-from-home and on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices.

Salary: $185,000–$195,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and lead product vision and strategy based on client goals, business needs, and user use cases.
• Facilitate discovery and innovation workshops to identify requirements and product opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into product specifications, user stories, business processes, user flows, and data flow diagrams.
• Lead the design, implementation, optimization, and go-to-market delivery of digital products, including CRM, AI, digital health, and custom digital applications.
• Advocate for clients and end users while measuring business, user, and operational KPIs to improve product impact.
• Contribute to product management practice development through mentoring, method improvement, thought leadership, proposals, and RFPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is highly desired.
• 12+ years of experience in product management or similar functions.
• Strong facilitation, verbal and written communication, organization, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Experience leading workshop-style discovery and requirements meetings in a client-facing consulting environment.
• Fluency in English and a client-first, collaborative, problem-solving approach.
• Ability to travel as needed for client-facing work.
