Chief of Staff (Robotics)

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 per year

What you will do

• Take on high-priority questions and projects for the CEO, from research and analysis through recommendations and execution.
• Own cross-functional strategic initiatives involving new markets, partnerships, pricing, and other company-wide opportunities.
• Run company planning cycles, leadership meetings, business reviews, and offsites.
• Track key initiatives, ownership, progress, and blockers across the company.
• Work with engineering, product, go-to-market, and finance teams to identify and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Support board and investor materials, financing processes, company communications, and strategy memos.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, startup strategy/BizOps, or a similarly rigorous environment.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including financial modeling and company metrics analysis.
• Technical fluency sufficient to follow engineering and product discussions and collaborate credibly with technical teams.
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Experience taking ambiguous projects from open questions to concrete outcomes.
• Strong judgment, high ownership, low ego, and confidence challenging senior leaders.
