Senior Global Trial Manager (Clinical Trials)

Location: Madrid, Spain. Candidates must be based in the listed location; applications from candidates outside the location will not be considered. Travel up to 25%.

What you will do

• Lead clinical delivery for large, multi-regional trials in compliance with regulatory requirements, customer contracts, and internal SOPs.
• Manage recruitment targets and develop appropriate recruitment strategies.
• Identify and mitigate clinical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan clinical quality and compliance measures and manage quality issues.
• Manage clinical project finances, including Estimate at Completion, and identify additional service opportunities.
• Lead clinical teams, coordinate stakeholders, support milestones, and manage project-level resourcing, talent planning, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or another scientific discipline.
• At least 7 years of clinical research or monitoring experience, including 5 years of clinical project management experience.
• Knowledge of project management practices and terminology.
• Knowledge of clinical research regulations, including GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Independent experience leading global trials.
• Good command of English and the ability to work from Madrid, Spain.
