Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based family medicine at the top of the license.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, chronic disease management, and health education.
• Conduct routine wellness visits and urgent visits.
• Practice autonomously while collaborating through provider meetings, journal clubs, and grand rounds.
• Use clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD to support patient care.

Requirements

• For nurse practitioners: active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• For physician assistants: active license and current NCCPA board certification.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.
• Independent practice provider status is preferred where applicable under state regulations.
• Federal DEA number is preferred and may be required for full prescribing authority.
• Independent family practice experience in wellness care, chronic disease management, and urgent visits is preferred.
