Family Medicine - Advance Practice Provider

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire, United States; onsite family medicine practice with an 8am–5pm work shift.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care to a diverse patient population.
• Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and advanced practice provider colleagues.
• Manage 36 patient-care hours and 4 administrative hours per week.
• Work independently while contributing to a collegial practice environment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in nursing.
• At least 2 years of family medicine experience.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with the EPIC electronic medical record system.
