Salary: $124,800–$156,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage a full patient panel and provide comprehensive care from newborns through geriatrics.
• Conduct health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and patient follow-up.
• Meet patients’ primary care needs and build meaningful long-term relationships.
• Use preventive medicine, proactive care management, and integrated population health approaches.
• Work cross-functionally with physicians and other members of the medical community.
• Support active engagement with local communities through academic and community care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or approved Nurse Practitioner program.
• At least 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care or a similar clinical setting.
• Current Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner licenses in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Patient-centered approach focused on high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Passion for primary care and ability to work cooperatively with multiple disciplines.
