Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care)

Location: Brewster, Massachusetts, United States; onsite at 20 Granite Court

Salary: $124,800–$156,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide outpatient primary care to patients across the Cape Cod community.
• Develop longitudinal relationships and manage an established panel of patients.
• Meet patient needs through same-day and routinely scheduled appointments.
• Deliver proactive preventive medicine and patient-centered support.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced practitioner colleagues as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
• Contribute to a collaborative practice focused on high-quality community care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or approved Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner licenses in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Patient-centered approach focused on quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Passion for primary care and ability to work cooperatively across disciplines.

Nice to have

• Previous Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care or a similar clinical setting.
• Experience managing a full patient panel.
