Cafe Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, United States; onsite cafe management

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Launch and lead a cafe in Beverly Hills while setting high standards for operations, hospitality, safety, cleanliness, and brand presentation.
• Build, train, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing hospitality team, including recruiting and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain food and beverage quality, ensure recipes are executed consistently, and lead by example behind the bar.
• Manage ordering, vendor relationships, inventory counts, equipment availability, waste management, and inventory-system compliance.
• Own neighborhood performance, including financial results, customer service, NPS, customer feedback, and relationships with nearby businesses.
• Collaborate with headquarters and other General Managers on training, change management, communication, and operational best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing single-unit operations in high-growth hospitality or retail brands.
• Experience managing large hospitality teams and developing staff at different levels.
• Experience managing inventory and supply-chain ordering.
• Strong customer service, hospitality, organizational, communication, delegation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage change, troubleshoot problems, resolve conflicts, and prioritize urgent issues.
• Hands-on interest and knowledge of specialty coffee, hospitality, restaurants, or retail.
