Front of House Operations Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States. On-site venue role with evening, weekend, holiday, extended-hours, and outdoor-weather availability required.

What you will do

• Lead Guest Services and Food & Beverage teams across guest areas, bays, tee lines, dining areas, and common spaces.
• Manage hiring, scheduling, onboarding, coaching, delegation, and ongoing team development.
• Oversee game and bay operations, guest safety, golf and game supplies, food and beverage quality, and service standards.
• Manage budgets, spending, leagues, clinics, retail sales, opening, closing, and venue-wide operations.
• Use business metrics and guest feedback to improve satisfaction, operational efficiency, revenue, and profitability.
• Maintain a visible floor presence and uphold hirify.global values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading food and beverage and guest-facing operations is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, peak periods, and special events.
• Must be at least 21 years old where required by state or local law and authorized to work in the United States. Ability to obtain required local licenses and certifications is also required.
