Front of House Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States; onsite venue role. Requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, extended hours during peak periods, special events, and high-volume seasons.

Salary: $51,500–$62,500 gross annual.

What you will do

• Lead front-of-house service and hospitality standards across the venue.
• Interact with guests, gather feedback, and improve guest satisfaction and safety.
• Supervise, coach, schedule, onboard, and develop front-of-house team members.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, assigned shifts, staffing, and task delegation.
• Use business metrics and guest feedback to improve performance, revenue, and profitability.
• Support ordering, inventory management, facilities needs, and compliance with operational standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for the location.
• Must be at least 21 years old as required by state or local law.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; hirify.global participates in E-Verify.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds occasionally and remain on foot for extended periods.
