Salary: $107,700–$199,300 per year

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to identify improvement opportunities and transform business strategy.
• Evaluate and design business solutions, including value estimation, cost-benefit analysis, and business cases.
• Establish and maintain business architecture governance and core models such as value streams, business capabilities, information maps, and strategy trees.
• Coordinate business and delivery groups to ensure timely completion of key deliverables.
• Lead workshops to gather ideas, evaluate processes, and collect business intelligence.
• Track business value and outcomes, and advise senior leadership on business strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business architecture, business analysis, or business design.
• Ability to evaluate and design solutions and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience creating business cases, conducting cost-benefit analysis, and tracking business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with business architecture frameworks.
• Workshop facilitation experience.
• Business architecture certification upon hire.
