Commercial Analyst Development Program Manager

What you will do

• Develop and manage Workforce Development programs, including Exact Track, Western Governors University, Udacity, and the Dependent Scholarship program.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, external education providers, business segments, colleges, and HR leaders.
• Manage program marketing, recruitment, information sessions, applications, selection, and enrollment.
• Measure colleague experience, academic progress, retention, and promotion outcomes, and report results to executive leadership.
• Expand the program portfolio to address business needs and manage related budgets and payments.
• Administer program operations, resolve colleague questions and exceptions, and maintain productive school relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
• 5+ years of experience in career program management or commercial banking.
• Experience building structured development programs aligned with business strategy.
• Experience managing budgets, developing business proposals, and using data to support decision-making.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, critical-thinking, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• High proficiency in Office 365, including Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
