Senior Program Manager (Treasury Management & Commercial Payments)

Location: Hybrid role based at offices in Pensacola, Florida; Vienna, Virginia; or Winchester, Virginia, United States.

Salary: $96,900–$141,600 annually.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional programs supporting Treasury Management and Commercial Payments initiatives, business transformation, operational efficiency, and product development.
• Develop integrated program plans, schedules, resource allocations, governance practices, and performance reporting.
• Manage stakeholder alignment, program risks, issues, dependencies, and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Support business cases, investment planning, product launches, operational readiness, scaling, and product enhancements.
• Coordinate with business, operations, technology, finance, HR, risk, compliance, and external partners.
• Mentor program managers and team leads while improving enterprise program delivery methodologies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant program management experience in cross-functional environments.
• At least 3 years of Treasury Management sales, onboarding, servicing, product management, program management, or operations experience.
• Experience with Treasury Management and Commercial Payments products, including ACH Origination, Positive Pay, Business Zelle, and Remote Deposit Capture.
• Strong knowledge of Treasury Management workflows, including onboarding, implementation, servicing, support, and operational processes.
• Experience with budgeting, resource planning, risk management, issue resolution, stakeholder engagement, change management, and measurable business outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, program management, organizational development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in business administration, finance, project management, or a related field.
• Certified Treasury Professional certification.
• Agile development experience and knowledge of business process transformation or organizational change management.
• Experience with MS Office, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or related program management tools.
