Plant Fulfillment Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Centennial, Colorado, United States; onsite at the Centennial facility

Salary: $140,000–$155,000 base salary per year

hirify.global designs, develops, and manufactures jet propulsion systems using additive manufacturing to support unmanned aerial defense and the U.S. defense industrial base.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end plant fulfillment execution, ensuring material readiness and alignment with production schedules.
• Drive on-time starts, on-time delivery, schedule attainment, and engine delivery performance.
• Use Line of Balances to identify capacity constraints and coordinate mitigation plans.
• Integrate procurement, manufacturing, quality, engineering, logistics, and supply chain activities to maintain uninterrupted production flow.
• Translate the master production schedule into daily and weekly execution plans while responding to material shortages, quality disruptions, and shop-floor constraints.
• Support S&OP execution, plan adjustments, operational dashboards, process improvements, and compliance with AS9100, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, production control, or supply chain execution, preferably in aerospace or defense.
• Experience working in a plant environment with direct impact on production and delivery performance.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP, MRP, and MES systems.
• Understanding of aerospace quality systems, including AS9100 and Department of Defense requirements.
• U.S. citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance is required.
