What you will do

• Manage the Ariane 6 Pulse Line and other launcher structure production lines.
• Deliver production objectives for cost, quality, and schedule while leading first-operation activities.
• Gather and analyze technical and financial data and maintain detailed plant activity plans.
• Lead health and safety routines, improvement initiatives, and operational gate implementation.
• Identify production resource, facility, subcontracting, and outsourcing needs.
• Coordinate quality, logistics, safety, planning, technical, operational, and business stakeholders while supporting Ariane 6 ramp-up and new program proposals.

Requirements

• Degree in industrial, mechanical, aerospace engineering, or a similar field.
• Knowledge of production processes, investment planning, and subcontracting.
• Experience in plant management, industrial projects, or strategic planning is appreciated.
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong focus on health and safety.
• Professional experience level and permanent employment.
