TL;DR
Junior Configuration & Document Conformity Specialist (Aerospace): Verifying aircraft product configuration, conformity, and airworthiness documentation across the industrial lifecycle with an accent on EASA/DEMAR compliance, configuration baselines, and quality management systems. Focus on managing change control, resolving non-conformity reports through root cause analysis, and coordinating compliance with civil and military aviation authorities.
Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working when possible

What you will do
- Verify product configuration, track deviations, and release official airworthiness compliance documentation, including EASA and DEMAR forms, military Certificates of Conformity, EASA Form 1, NQAR delegations, and flight permits.
- Act as the quality interface for internal departments, customers, and civil and military aviation authorities on DOA, POA, MOA, and compliance matters.
- Support customer handovers at Customer Centers and customer sites, integrating feedback into quality improvement actions.
- Manage the Change Control Process and Configuration Baseline evolution, including impact evaluation and product breakdown structures.
- Drive Non-Conformity Reports from initialization through root cause analysis, resolution, and recurrence prevention.
- Establish and evaluate quality KPIs to support performance reviews, surveillance, and QMS documentation improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Aeronautical, Quality, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Relevant aerospace-sector experience in Quality Assurance, Configuration Management, or Airworthiness.
- Advanced written and spoken English and Spanish.
- In-depth knowledge of EASA, DEMAR, DOA, POA, MOA, QMS, airworthiness regulations, and product configuration lifecycle processes.
- Adaptability, a proactive approach to process improvement, and strong customer orientation.
