Engineering Quality Manager (EQM) UAS and EuroDrone (Aerospace)

Location: Getafe Area, Spain. Hybrid working is available when possible.

What you will do

• Ensure compliance with aerospace development and quality standards, including EN 9100, ARP4754A, DO-178C, DO-254, and EMAR Part 21/145.
• Plan and conduct audits, process assurance reviews, quality gates, peer reviews, and conformity activities.
• Monitor requirements traceability, quality requirement allocation, software and hardware lifecycle compliance, and configuration control.
• Drive preventive quality measures such as Right-First-Time, APQP, and FMEA.
• Manage non-conformities and quality findings while supporting tool qualification, verification, testing, and supplier qualification.
• Train the EuroDrone community and collaborate with development, systems engineering, and test teams.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, aerospace engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in quality management, preferably in a military aerospace environment.
• Knowledge of quality management and aerospace standards, including EN 9100, AQAP 2310, ARP4754A, DO-178, DO-330, and DO-254.
• Experience with process assurance, software quality assurance, hardware quality assurance, audits, and technical reviews.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and independent working skills.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing is required. German or Spanish is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of EMAR Part 21/145 military aviation regulations.
• Experience with Unmanned Aerial Systems or large-scale aviation programs.
