Financial Data Analyst (Insurance)

What you will do

• Manage relationships and activities with network partners and customers.
• Produce customer and network partner data analytics and reports.
• Monitor portfolio data, performance, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Streamline data analysis and establish best practices for service delivery.
• Ensure financial and accounting closing activities are completed by deadlines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Finance, and subject matter experts to improve operational and customer reporting.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or another analytical numerical field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial data analysis, reporting, accounting, or related responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of data administration, collection, analysis, and distribution across large datasets.
• Proven experience in financial reporting and/or accounting, with strong knowledge of financial data processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, organizational, and relationship skills.
• Business-fluent English is required for written and spoken communication with international stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of the insurance business.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Previous consulting or auditing experience.
