Multilingual Data Research Analyst (Financial Data)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work with four days in-office each week

Base salary: €29,000–€39,000 gross annual. Target bonus: 5% annually.

What you will do

• Collaborate with global data teams and local business representatives to maintain accurate, complete, and timely financial data.
• Develop expertise in investment data points, methodologies, calculations, processes, and fund structures.
• Manage relationships with fund companies, connect with data providers, establish acquisition channels, and escalate issues when needed.
• Own data ticket-queue issues, provide timely updates, and coordinate resolution with internal partners.
• Evaluate procedures, improve analytical tools, and implement process improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
• Translate internal client requests into detailed specifications and user stories, improving and documenting client use cases.

Requirements

• English fluency and fluency in at least two additional languages from German, French, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Thai, Japanese, or Korean.
• Strong interest in the financial industry, investment data, data quality, methodologies, and operational processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to organize and manage high volumes of data.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, client focus, collaboration, and ability to meet production deadlines.
• Previous project management experience and familiarity with operational or performance data.
