What you will do

• Configure and maintain Workday business processes, reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and security assignments.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for assigned Workday functional areas and resolve system and process issues.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend Workday solutions.
• Develop and enhance reporting and analytics solutions that support business decision-making and self-service.
• Maintain data integrity, support security administration, and assist with data governance and reporting accuracy.
• Participate in Workday releases, testing, integrations, system enhancements, and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least two years of experience supporting Workday or a comparable HCM platform.
• Experience creating and maintaining Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Experience gathering requirements and supporting business process improvements.
• Understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, or Recruiting processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, plus advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
