Senior Recruiter (Pharmaceuticals)

What you will do

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market data.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidates, present qualified slates, and build talent pipelines.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Advise hiring leaders on offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
• Mentor recruiters and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience recruiting for corporate functions and leadership roles in the pharmaceutical domain.
• Significant recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting, with demonstrated success.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• Knowledge of the IT space.
